Rev. Albert Williams, age 80, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Lumber City Nursing Home. Rev. Williams was born May 06, 1934 in Jeff Davis County to the late Bonn and Ada Griffin Williams. He was a retired Minister and Truck Driver and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ann Butler Williams of Hazlehurst; Two Sons, James A. Williams of Hazlehurst and Andy Williams of Lyons; Sister, Annette Herrington of Hazlehurst; Seven Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren also survive. Visitation will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. Rev. Williams will be placed in the church to lie in state one hour prior to the service. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Eureka Baptist Church with Rev. James Williams and Rev. Andy Williams officiating.
