Alex Cole Tompkins, age 34 of Jessup, formerly of Hazlehurst, died Thursday October 10, 2019.

Mr. Tompkins was born February 10, 1985 in Appling County. He was a self-employed Industrial Electrician and a member of the Hazlehurst Church of God.

Survivors include special friend, Polly Meyer of Jessup; mother, Beth Nelms Denby (Randy) of Douglas; father Ricky Tompkins of Hazlehurst; two brothers, Richard Aaron Tompkins of Douglas and William Reid Denby of Douglas; grandmother, Grace Partin of Hazlehurst.

Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 14, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Mr. Terry Brown and Rev. Jack Chaney officiating.

Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Alex Cole Tompkins, age 34, of Jessup, formerly of Hazlehurst.
