Alton Guy Foreman, age 88, of Hazlehurst, died September 17, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Foreman was born March 29, 1929 in Youngstown Ohio to the late Joseph Daniel Foreman and the late Mable V. Peterson Foreman. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Marines, loving father and grandfather and of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his son, James Elliott Foreman, sisters, June Aguiar, Jean Bolesta, brothers, Joe Foreman and Colonel Foreman. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Jennie Pasada Foreman of Hazlehurst; daughters, Debbie Hall (Opie) and Lon Drew (David); sisters, Joan Abreu, Florence Fernandez and Virginia Myers; brothers, Bill Foreman, Harry Foreman; eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survived. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Alton Guy Foreman, age 88, of Hazlehurst.
