Ameliana Sarahi Vega, age 4 months, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, at Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta. Survivors include Parents, Gregoria Vega and Jose Prospero Vega Garcia; sister, Jennifer Vega Callejas and brother, Jose Jacinto Vega Callejas all of Hazlehurst; Paternal Grandmother, Teodora Garcia Suarez of Mexico; Maternal Grandfather, Bulmaro Banda of Houston, Texas. Visitation will be Tuesday evening for 6-8pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 5:00PM at the Good Sheppard Catholic Church with Rev. Rafael Estrada officiating. Ameliana will be placed in the church one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
