Annette Herrington Davis, age 71, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, November 11, 2013 at Jeff Davis Hospital. Mrs. Davis was born December 7, 1941 in Appling County to the late Harry Herrington and the late Thelma Lightsey Herrington. She was retired from Ero and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Harry Herrington, Jr. Survivors include Three Daughters, Tammy Yawn of Jacksonville Ga., Sheila Hand and Natasha Davis both of Hazlehurst; Two Sons, John Clements Jr. and Joe Clements both of Hazlehurst; Five Sisters, Inez Carter and Nelly Simmons both of Baxley, Vergie Herrington of Hazlehurst, Caroline Story and Diane Story both of Baxley; Five Brothers, Gene Herrington, Carol Herrington, Jessie Herrington, Harry Herrington all of Baxley and Roy Herrington of Ark.; Eight Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday afternoon from 1-3:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Wigley officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. Family may be contacted at the residence, 21 Patton Drive, Hazlehurst.
