Betty Ann Wood Crawford, age 72, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Mrs. Crawford was born December 30, 1942 in Jeff Davis County to the late Woodrow Wood and the late Maxine Claxton Wood. She was retired from Hazlehurst Lingerie and member of Liberty Community Church. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Verlyn Crawford, Brothers, Bobby Wood and Roger Wood. Survivors include Daughters, Cheryl Mihovilich of Ft. Walton Beach, and Sherry (Perry) Worth of Hazlehurst; Sons, Terry (Tiffany) Crawford and Michael (Cindy) Crawford all of Hazlehurst; Sisters, Linda Davis, Barbara Nobles, both of Hazlehurst, Mary Nell Duck of Alma and Geraldine Stewart of Bloomingdale; Brothers, Billy Wood and Allen Wood, both of Hazlehurst; Seven Grandchidren, Seven Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Chester Koffroth officiating. Interment will follow in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence of Linda Davis, 53 Burketts Ferry Road, Hazlehurst.
