Mrs. Betty Cumbee Sellers, age 90, of Hazlehurst died Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Autumn Lane Health and Rehab in Gray Georgia.

Mrs. Sellers was born February 27, 1930 in Chatham County to the late David Cumbee and the late Edith Johnston Cumbee. She was the proud owner and operator of Colonial Florist and was a Charter member of the Vidalia Church of God, member of the Hazlehurst Church of God and taught Sunday School for 60 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Payne Sellers,  twin daughters, Marilyn Jean Sellers and Carolyn Janice Sellers, siblings, Elaine Cumbee, McClain Cumbee, DeVaughn Cumbee, Herbert Cumbee.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Mildred Sellers of Hazlehurst, Larry and Martha Sellers of Gray and Richard Sellers of Austin TX; six grandchildren, Ken and Angie Sellers, Larry Jr. and Wendy Sellers, Brian and Mia Sellers, Brandon and Natalie Sellers, Christopher Sellers and Gage Sellers; nine great-grandchildren, Kyle, Carter, Abby, Trey, Lucy, Peyton, Payne, Emma  and Bree; several nieces and nephews also survived.

Private Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 4:00pm in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery with Rev. Jeffery Spell and Rev. Shon McEachin officiating.
