Bobby Grantham, age 78, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, August 29, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Grantham was born in Coffee County to the late Gerald Grantham and the late Ruby Stone Grantham. He was a retired Service Manager with C & S Buick and was a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship. He is preceded in death by his sister, Marian Floyd. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Alice Grantham of Hazlehurst; Daughter and Son-in-Law, Tammi and Dave Deats of Hazlehurst; Grandchildren, Megan Deats and Jesse Deats both of Hazlehurst; Great-Granddaughter, Rylie Beth Nobles; two Sisters, Geraldine Peterson of South Carolina and Rebecca Orofino of Denver CO; several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship at 11:00am with Rev. Roger Daniels and Rev. Tyrone Hutchinson officiating. Interment will follow in Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Grantham will lie in state one hour prior to service time. The family can be contacted at the residence, 30 Dogwood Drive, Hazlehurst.
