Bobby Atdum Sanders, age 67, of Hazlehurst died Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah. Mr. Sanders was born May 30, 1946 in Montgomery County to the late Eddie Sanders and the late Lurlene Shealey Sanders. He was a retired Truck Driver and was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Jean Sanders, Grandson, Michael Williams, Brothers, Jimmie Sanders and David Sanders Survivors include Two Daughters, Brenda Williams of Hazlehurst and Barbara Melissa Sanders of Baxley; Three Sisters, Eddie Lean Glisson of Uvalda, Betty Jean Hand of Hazlehurst and Martha Ann Stone of Vidalia; One Brother, Bennie Sanders of Uvalda and Grandson, Bobbie Williams. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-8PM at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Nathan Smith and Rev. Kevin Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in the Denton Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence of Betty & George Hand, 70 W. Palm Street, Hazlehurst.
