Mrs. Bonnie Williams Tucker, age 70, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, April 02, 2018 at Hazlehurst Court Care. Mrs. Tucker was born April 28, 1947 in Telfair County to the late Corda Williams and the late Bonnell Rewis. She was formerly a Security Guard with Southern Company and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by a son, Tony Tucker and siblings, Ann Branch, Hilda Spires, Clyde Williams and Edward Williams. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Tucker of Hazlehurst; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Wayne Herndon of Hazlehurst; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Karen Branch of McRae-Helena; sisters, Mildred Thompkins of Lumber City, Sarah Haymons Thomas of Kentucky and Shirley Hand of Hazlehurst; brother Robert Williams of Eastman; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 06, 2018 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Royce Hulett officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence 194 Joe Hester Road, Hazlehurst.
