Mrs. Brenda Ann Rea Dean, age 66, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Serenity Place in Dublin. Mrs. Dean was born May 23, 1951 in Wheeler County. She was a Homemaker and member of Union Springs Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Rea. Survivors include her husband, Johnny Dean of Hazlehurst; three daughters, Marie Beecher (Andy) of Hazlehurst, Barbara Boatright of Hazlehurst and Jennifer Dean of Eastman; mother, Barbara Sanders Rea of Hazlehurst; sisters, Shirley Stone of Denton and Michelle Taylor of Hazlehurst; brothers, Glenn Rea of Hazlehurst and Don Rea of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Josh Carter (Cindy), Jesse Webb (Jenifer) and Breanna Waters; great-grandchildren, Landon Carter, Kinlee Carter, Braydon Waters, Kyleigh Waters and Brayleigh Waters; several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Thursday afternoon from 2:00-4:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11:00am in the Union Springs Cemetery with Rev.
