Mrs. Brenda Kay Sellers Powell, age 58, of Hazlehurst died Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

Mrs. Powell was born September 15, 1961 in Telfair County.

She was a Homemaker, a childcare provider and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Powell and her father, John Low Sellers.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Angel Powell of Hazlehurst; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kristi and Matthew Rowell of Hazlehurst and Stephanie and William Causey of Hazlehurst; mother, Louise Creamer Sellers of Hazlehurst; brother, Johnny Kevin Sellers (Melanie) of Hazlehurst; brother-in-law, Timothy Powell of Lumber City; sister-in-law, Alicia Grimes (Jamey) of Helena; seven grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020                   at 11:00am at Dodges Chapel Cemetery in Telfair County with Rev. David Barber and Rev. Gary Jones officiating.
