Carol Lynn Martin, age 64, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Jeff Davis Hospital. Mrs. Martin was born December 3, 1949 in Cheyenne, WY. , but had resided in Edison Ga. until the last three weeks. She was a Homemaker and member of the Jonesboro Church of God. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Genevieve Acord Ruble and her son, Michael Martin. Survivors include her husband, Thomas G. Martin of Hazlehurst; Daugher, Kimberly Morris of Donalsonville; Son, Christopher Martin of Leesburg; Father, Donald Ruble of Atlanta; Two Brothers, David Ruble of Jasper, and Timothy Ruble of Arkansas; Eight Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00-2:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 26, 2014 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. David Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Carol Lynn Martin, age 64, of Hazlehurst.
