Mrs. Carol Ann McClements, age 73, of Hazlehurst, died Saturday October 27, 2018 at Emory Hospital Main Campus in Atlanta. Mrs. McClements was born March 21, 1945 to the late Mike Mecannic and the late Anna Figura Mecannic. She was a legal Secretary with Buck Elder's office and a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard James McClements, siblings, Susan Mecannic, Michael Mecannic and Mark Mecannic. Survivors include daughter, Mary Beth McClements of Hazlehurst; son and daughter-in-law, Richard James (Kristina) McClements Jr. of Atlanta; sisters, Patricia Ferguson, Janice Lydick and Kathy Southerland; 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, rosary will begin at 6:30 and visitation will follow from 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 01, 2018 at 11:00am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Raphael Estrada officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence, 112 Swan Lake Road, Hazlehurst.
