Charlotte Lorraine Dukes, beloved baby girl of Tesia and Billy Dukes, was born into the arms of Jesus on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Though she never took her first breath, she filled her family’s lives with love beyond measure.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte is survived and cherished by her big sisters, Clara AnnaGrace Dukes and Charliee EthelKate Dukes; her grandparents, Bobby and Pam Dukes, Teresa Manning, and Arlon Dykes; her great-grandparents, Ronald and Marie Manning, Tommy and Lorraine Dykes, and Edna Hughes; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Randy Manning, Rev. Newly Ray, and Rev. Van McCall officiating.
