Mrs. Christine Woodard Rowell, age 76, of Gay Ga. died Saturday 14, 2019 at Pruitt Health in Greenville Georgia.

She was born August 16, 1943 in Fayette Georgia to the late Otis Woodard and the late Eunice Chambers Woodard.

She was a Homemaker and a member of White Water Creek Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her husband, A.J. Rowell, daughter, Angela Hall and siblings, Mildred (Boo Boo) Miller, Jack Chambers and Jimmy Luther Chambers

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, William and Cheryl Lynn Moore of Gay Ga.; brother, Frank Woodard of Whiteburg, Ga.; son-in-law, David Michael Hall of Baxley; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survived.

Visitation will be held Monday evening at 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held, Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. David Deen officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery.
