Mrs. Christine Lewis Joyce, age 86, of Lumber City, died Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Bethany Nursing Home in Vidalia. Mrs. Joyce was born April 19, 1930 in Avon Park Fla. to the late Leroy Lewis and the late Minnie Hotch Lewis. She was a Homemaker and member of the United Methodist Church of Lumber City. Survivors include her Husband, Paul Howard Joyce; Son and Daughter-in-Law, Richard Wayne and Linda Kay Joyce; Foster Son and Daughter-in-Law, William Edward and Elsie Smallwood; Daughter and Son-in-Law, Julie Joyce and Steve Herman. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10:00am at the United Methodist Church in Lumber City with Rev. Glen Hancock officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Christine Lewis Joyce, age 86, of Lumber City.
