Dolly Cooper Williams, age 81, of Lumber City, died October 25, 2016 at Meadows Regional Hospital in Vidalia. Mrs. Williams was born January 11, 1935 in Telfair County to the late Jim Cooper and the late Ida Mae Humphries Cooper. She was retired from Amercord and a member of Lumber City Methodist Church.
