Mrs. Doreatha Godbee, age 67, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

Mrs. Godbee was born August 30, 1954 in Kendall Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents, the late Joseph and Louise Williams Smith, also preceded in death by her sister, Regina Smith. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Miami, Fl. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Mack Godbee of Hazlehurst; sons, Arthur Godbee of Orland FL. Mack Godbee Jr. of Miami, Fl., daughters, Octavia Denise Godbee of Miami, Fl and Maxine Laebelle Godbee of Hazlehurst; brothers, Samuel Williams of NY., Joseph William Smith of Miami, FL, Herman Smith of NY; also thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
