Ms. Eloise Sinclair Ulsh, age 96, of Snipesville, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, at The Preston at Douglas Senior Living.

Eloise was born on November 25, 1929, in Snipesville to the late Arlie Isham Sinclair and Anna Lou White Sinclair. She lived most of her life in Jacksonville, Florida and established a successful career as a real estate agent in her time there. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. She was a strong, independent woman and loved animals, especially her cat, "Kitty Cat."

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Greg Andrews; and her brothers, James and Bobby Sinclair.

Survivors include her brother, Stewart Sinclair of Duluth, and numerous special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Graveside services and interment will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Union Springs Baptist Church Cemetery
