Mr. Frank Brewer, age 68, of Lumber City, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Lumber City Nursing Home and Rehab. Mr. Brewer was born June 30, 1946 in Telfair County to the late Leroy Brewer and the late Essie Stallworth Brewer. He was retired from Delta Life Insurance Company and a member of Lumber City Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Holt and brothers, Gus and Ed Brewer. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Brewer of Lumber City; Daughters-Son-in-Law, Sandra and Freddie Pekarek of Jacksonville, Fl., Shirl and Donnie Hamilton of Lumber City and Karen Brewer of Lumber City; Son and Daughter-in-Law, Michael and Jamie Brewer of Lumber City; Sisters, Betty Varnadoe of Lumber City and Brenda Varnadoe of Warner Robins; Brothers, Bo Brewer and David Brewer both of Lumber City; Seven Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Friday, March 20, 2015 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Robert Huling and Rev. Glenn Hancock officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City. The family may be contacted at the residence, 3252 E. River Road, Lumber City, Ga.
