Freddie Davis, age 82, of Hazlehurst, died Friday, November 18, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Davis was born December 30, 1933 in Bacon County to the late Thomas Davis and the late Pearl Crowley Davis. He was retired from Hazlehurst Mills and is preceded in death by his wife, Ann Chavis Davis. Survivors include three Daughters, Bonnie Sue Hawkins of Hazlehurst, Freddie Ann Johnson of Hazlehurst and Marsha Gayle Carter of Hazlehurst; two sisters, Elfrida Dyal of Baxley and Christine Shumans of Baxley; Brother, Roy Davis of Hazlehurst; Fourteen Grandchildren, Sixty One Great-Grandchildren, Three Great-Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Freddie Davis, age 82, of Hazlehurst.
