Gary Wommack, age 59, of Hazlehurst, died Thursday, October 29, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Wommack was born December 01, 1955 in Wayne County but had resided most of his life in Jeff Davis. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, Truck Driver employed by Pope Trucking and was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Leggett Wommack of Hazlehurst; Daughters and Son-in-Law, Jessica and Ryan Miller of Douglas and Shala and Jonathon Cravey of Hazlehurst; Son, Shon Williams of Hazlehurst; Parents, Sam and Betty Wommack of Hazlehurst; Sisters, Sharon (Jeff) Smiley of Tifton, Shelia Wainwright of Valdosta and Mollie (Kenny) Davis of Hazlehurst; Four Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survived. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 1:00pm at the residence of Sam and Betty Wommack, 71 Ralph Wommack Road with Rev. Royce Hulett officiating.
