Gavino Barrera-Ruelas, age 43, of Hazlehurst, died May 28, 2021.

Gavino was born October 03, 1977 in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Barrera Alvarez and Juana Ruelas Ortega. He was a Barber by trade and was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include his son, Abraham Barrera De La Mora; daughter, Hadassah Barrera Sabillon; brothers, Enrique Barrera, Jose Barrera, Rafael Barrera, Emmanuel Barrera; sisters, Maria De La Luz, Barrera Morfin, Cecilia Barrera Ruelas, Teresa Barrera Ruelas, Cristina Barrera Ruelas, Sandra Ruby Barrera Ruelas.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 09, 2021 at 3:00pm at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Adam Kasela officiating.
