Glenn Leroy Woolard, Jr., age 52, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, August 23, 2015, at Appling Health Care in Baxley. Mr. Woolard was born August 28, 1962 in Peoria, Illinois. He was formerly employed with Container Graphics and is preceded in death by his Father, Glenn Leroy Woolard, Sr. and Step-Father, Walter Huskisson, Jr. Survivors include his Mother, Doris Huskisson of Hazlehurst; Nephews, Joshua Woolard, Logan Huskisson and Quinn Huskisson all of Hazlehurst; Sisters, Delores Bair of Tekin Il, Kelly Hatcher of Jacksonville FL., and Angela Patchin of Cedarhill MO., Brothers, Michael Huskisson of Oklahoma, Walter Phipps of Peoria, IL., Michael Tribbett of Springfield IL. and Walter Huskisson, III of Hazlehurst.
