Glynn Carroll Carver, age 71, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, February 24, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Carver was born August 11, 1948 in Coffee County to the late J.C. Carver and the late Janie Corine Braden.

He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam Era, a retired Carpenter and a member of the Latter Day Saints. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Carter Carver, siblings, Judy Carver, Jimmy Carver, Don Carver, and Mickey Carver.

Survivors include his daughter, Dallas Marie Carver of Graham; his three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Melinda Carver of Hazlehurst, Kevin and Gina Carver of Douglas and Jason and Audrey Carver of Bonaire; sisters, Janice Ethridge of Nashville, Jeanette Patterson of Hazlehurst, Ruby Lott of Hazlehurst and Kay Carver of Lumber City; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; caregiver, Bernice Atkinson of Denton; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 6:00pm and Funeral Service will follow at 7:00pm with Rev. J. Barry Owens officiating.

Interment will be held in Williams McCormick Cemetery in Hazlehurst.
