Grace Imelda Anderson, age 84, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in the Pavilion Nursing Home in Baxley. Mrs. Anderson was born August 30, 1931 in Jeff Davis County to the late Charlie Harrelson and the late Mattie Walker Harrelson. She was retired from Hazlehurst Mills and member of Southside Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Edward Anderson, daughter, Linda Creamer and sisters, Ruby Mobley and Ordell Roc. Survivors include Daughters, Brandyl Parlor of Hazlehurst and Kathleen Tarrant of Alma; Sons, Wilbur Parlor, Wayne Parlor, Glenn Parlor and Retired Master Sgt. Carl Lynn Parlor all of Hazlehurst. Seven Grandchildren, Dearl Creamer, Crandall Parlor, Jason Parlor, Cody Parlor, Zachary Parlor, Matthew Parlor and Karlyn Parlor; Eight Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11:00am at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Glosson and Rev. David Barber officiating. Interment will follow in the Palms Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Anderson will lie in state one hour prior to service.
