Mr. Grant Floyd, age 76, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, August 08, 2018 at Lumber City Nursing Home. Mr. Floyd was born December 03, 1941 in Palatka FL. to the late Ruben Perry Floyd and the late Annie Dora Collins. He had lived most of his life in Hazlehurst and was preceded in death by his sister, Ruby Mason. Survivors include one sister, Carlene Gourley of Hazlehurst; two brothers, Robert and Frances Floyd of Savannah and Billy Floyd of Lyons; several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held, Friday, August 10, 2018 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home Chapel, visitation will begin at 11:00am and funeral service will follow at 12:00pm, with Rev. Andy Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Palms Memorial Garden. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Grant Floyd, age 76, of Hazlehurst.
