Hilda Toler Bohannon, age 65, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Lumber City Nursing Home. Ms. Bohannon was born September 26, 1951 in Jeff Davis County to the late James Linton Toler and the late Lorene Bush Toler. She was a Homemaker and member of Philadelphia Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Bohannon and daughter, Stephanie Carter. Survivors include daughter, Denise Bohannon of Hazlehurst; son, Dennis Lytle of Douglas; Six Grandchildren, Jeremy Bohannon, Joshua and Heather Bohannon, Jessica Bohannon, Cody Lytle, Caden Lytle and Carlie Colson; Sisters, Linda Smith (Roy) of Denton, Barbara Boatner (Paul) of Okeechobee and Wanda Toler of Hazlehurst; brothers, James E. Toler of Hazlehurst, Hilton D. Toler of Hazlehurst and Joe L. Toler of Hazlehurst and Chester R. Toler (Terry) of Indian Town Fl.; several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Jinker Horton and Rev. Randy Manning officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence, 41 Sparrow Lane, Hazlehurst.
