Mr. Hugo Martinez, age 74, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, August 09, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Martinez was born January 02, 1946 in Cuba to the late Manuel Martinez and the late Elena Macias Martinez.

Mr. Martinez was a member of United States Reserves, formerly retired from the Railroad and a security guard with Arising Industries. He was preceded in death by his wife, Terry Jean Martinez.

Survivors include one daughter, Jimmie Jones (Ken) of Hazlehurst; son, Stanley Martinez of Hazlehurst; 4 grandchildren, Korrin and Dwayne Anderson, DJ and Hanna (Powell) Martinez, Elena Jones, and Hunter Jones; five great-grandchildren, Landon, Travis, Kylee, Stella and Logan, several nieces and nephews also survived.
