James Louis Grantham, age 57, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, February 20, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Mr. Grantham was born February 05, 1960 in Kissimmee FL. to the late John Lee Grantham and the late Bessie Jean Hick Grantham. He was employed with Chicken of the Sea and a member of Elbethel Church. He is preceded in death by his brother, Billy Grantham. Survivors include his wife, Teresa Ryals Grantham of Hazlehurst; daughter, Debra Ann Hilla of Grovetown; son, Alex James Grantham of Hazlehurst; sister, Linda Edwards of Hazlehurst; two brothers, Larry Grantham of Lumber City and Bobby Grantham of Lumber City; five grandchildren, Henry James Hilla, Carson Lee Grantham, Chance Eli Grantham, Calob Alexander Grantham and Caylex Rayne Grantham. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 2:00pm at Elbethel Church with Pastor Jerry McKinnon and Pastor Mike Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City. Mr. Grantham will lie in state one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Abbas, 16 W.
