Mr. James Aubrey Hesters, age 68, of Hazlehurst, died Thursday, September 15, 2022, at his residence.

Mr. Hesters was born September 03, 1954, in Appling County.

Mr. Hesters is preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Bart Hesters and Lillie Mae Hutto Hesters, sisters, Sallie Hesters, Marie Rowland, and Rosa Courson, and brother, Aaron Hesters.

Mr. Hesters enjoyed being a Mechanic while working on different vehicles.

But in his free time, he loved spending time with his family and grandkids, but most of all he loved being a homebody.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Latrell Hesters of Hazlehurst; sister, Dannie Sevant of California, Lillie Bell Mincey (Dale) of Hazlehurst, Zylphia Rentz of Hazlehurst and Barbara Hester of Cumming;

Grandchildren, Eric and Amber Hesters and Kyle Hesters; great-grandchildren, Aiden Hesters and Ryker Hesters.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation to begin at 10:00 am and the funeral will begin at 11:00 with Rev. Ashley Tyree.

Interment will be announced at a later date.
