Jessica Jasmin Andrade, age 15, died Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Dublin Ga. Ms. Andrade was born July 04, 2003 in Jeff Davis County. She was a student of Jeff Davis High School and was very involved in her school activities and attended Southside Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Jessica Jasmin Calderon; father, Jesus Andrade; sister, Ruby Perez; brother, Pedro Perez; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survived. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Southside Baptist Church, visitation will begin at 11:00am and funeral service will follow at 12:00 with Rev. Deek Dubberly officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. The family may be contacted at the residence, 469 McEachin Landing Road, Hazlehurst.
