Mr. Joel Malagon Arreguin, age 59, of Hazlehurst, passed away January 23, 2025, at his home.

Mr. Arreguin was born on April 22, 1965, in Los-Fierros Mexico.

He was the son of Fidencio Arreguin and Genoveva Malagon and was previously employed by BP Timber of Alamo.

Survivors include his daughter Margarita Arreguin; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ismael (Teresa) Arreguin and Luiz Arreguin; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 27, 2025, at 2:00pm in the family cemetery on 2 Owens Road, Telfair County, with Rev. Chuck Morgan officiating.

Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home and the Arreguin family is in charge of arrangements.
