Jonathan Randall Nelms, age 32, of Hinesville, formerly of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah. Mr. Nelms was born September 01, 1984 in Coffee County. He was employed with Dee's Electrical, Inc. and member of the Bridgeford Church of God. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Homer and Helen Wilcox and Paternal Grandparents, Clifford and Lounette Nelms. Survivors include his son, Jonathan Edward Nelms of Hazlehurst; parents, Mike and Marie Wilcox Nelms of Hazlehurst; sisters, Melissa and Freddie Gaines of Hawkinsville and Suzanna and Erasmo Partida of Menifee, California; brother, Michael and Bonnie Nelms of Hinesville and twin brother, Jeremy and Amber Nelms of Hazlehurst; Fiancé, Candice Miller of Hinesville; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survived. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 01, 2016 at 3:00pm at Hazlehurst Church of God with Rev. John Nunes and Rev. Ryan Herrington officiating. Interment will follow in the Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Nelms will lie in state one hour prior to service.
