Joy Ann Baker, age 60, formerly of Brunswick, died Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Lumber City Nursing Home.

Ms. Baker was born August 19, 1959 in Chatham County to the late William Woods and the late Mary Thompson Woods.

She was retired and loved county music, playing cards and bingo. She was of the Baptist Faith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Baker, brother, William Woods Jr. and special friend, Steve Spence.

Survivors include her daughter, Amy Rendon (Victor) of Brunswick; sisters, Diane Barrs (Gilbert) of Savannah, Wanda Murphy of Hollywood FL, Gloria Lewis of Savannah and Lisa Mason (Lloyd) of Hazlehurst; grandchildren, Jasmine Baker and Joshua Rodriquez; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
