Mr. Larry Linton Ray, age 70, of Denton, died Tuesday, January 28, 202 at his residence.

Mr. Ray was born February 12, 1949 in Jeff Davis County to the late Oliver Ray and the late Opal Griffin Ray.

He was retired from Walmart and was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Ray.

Survivors include two daughters, Larissa Shockey of Texas and Rebecca Dibiase of Lilburn; three sisters, Christine Stanley, Deborah Norman and Penny Selph all of Denton; grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew and Daniel Shockey, Benjamin and Harper Dibiase; several nieces and nephews also survived.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:00am at Union Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Merle Webster officiating.

Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangement for Mr. Larry Linton Ray, age 70, of Denton.
