Linda Teresa Ewing, age 73, of Hazlehurst, died Friday, June 30, 2023 at Hazlehurst Court Care.

Ms. Ewing was born June 06, 1950 in Richmond California.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Jewel Medeiros, and sister, Patty Medeiros Hattfield.

She worked many years as a CNA and in her free time she had many hobbies such as, singing and playing the piano.

She also loved doing crossword puzzles and crocheting.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Jonathan Ewing (Frances) of Hazlehurst and David Ewing (Jen) of West Virginia; two brothers, Danny Medeiros of California and Gene Medeiros of Nebraska; special family member, Mickie Pringle Mayle of Wisconsin; nine grandchildren, Crystel Medeiros of New York, Michael (Jada)Ewing of Minnesota, Kristopher (Tiffaine) Ewing of Hazlehurst, Cody (Katelyn) Ewing of Hazlehurst, Breayla Ewing of Hazlehurst, Shastina Ewing and David Allen Ewing of Wisconsin, Maija Ewing and C.J. Ewing of West Virginia; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
