Louise Bennett Wright, age 93, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, August 12, 2013 at Lumber City Nursing Home. Mrs. Wright was born April 23, 1920 in Clinch County to the late Ed Bennett and the late Ida Corbitt Bennett. She was retired from Ero and was saved at an early age at Denton Baptist Church, later in life she went to First Alliance Church and Eureka Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Wright Sr. and daughter, Laverne Conner, Sons, Tommy Wright, Austin Wright, Jr. and Buddy Spires. Survivors include Daughters and Sons-In-Law, Mildred (Gary) Crosby and Lillian (Bill) Creamer all of Hazlehurst; Daughter-In-Law, Marilyn Wright of Wimama, FL; Sons and Daughters-In-Law, Jimmy (Maxine) Wright, and J.W. (Ireta) Wright all of Denton and Ed (Faye) Wright of Okeechobee, FL; 16 grandchildren, 28 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday Morning from 10:00-11:00AM at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home Chapel and Funeral Services will follow at 11:00AM with Grandson, Michael Creamer officiating.
