Mr. Marcos Súarez Ramirez, age 54, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021.

Mr. Ramirez was born October 7, 1966 in Jalpan de sierra Querétar, Mexico but has made his home in Hazlehurst for the past 30 years. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was employed by Telfair Forest Products as a loader operator.

Survivors include his children, Marcus Ramirez, Brittany Ramirez and Matthew Ramirez all of Hazlehurst and Kristen Ramirez of Denton, his parents, Manuel & Ester Ramirez of Mexico, two grandchildren, Maddox Brewer and Bentley Branch, three sisters, Federico Ramírez, Socorro Ramírez and Ernestina Ramírez all of Mexico, four brothers, Majencio Ramírez, Walterio Ramírez, Gaudencio Ramírez and Humberto Ramírez all of Mexico and several nieces and nephews

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 8, 2021 at McEachin – McCormick Cemetery, Hazlehurst, GA with rev. Daniel McCall officiating.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Ramirez family and Wainright Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to wear a mask and follow the social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
