Martha Snipes Branch, age 69, of Jesup, formerly of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, September 06, 2016, from injuries received in a truck accident. Mrs. Branch was born October 22, 1946 in Coffee County tot the late Arthur Snipes Sr. and the late Willene Worth Snipes. She was a retired Secretary from FLETC and member of the Screven Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her two Daughters, Tracy Branch Hudgens and Tammy Branch Dix. Survivors include her Husband, Lona D. Branch of Jesup; Son and Daughter-in-law, Jason and Jennifer Branch of Jesup; Brother, Jimmy (Gwen) Snipes of Snipesville; Grandchildren, Grant Hudgens, Reagan Hudgens, Kelsi Dix, Kaile Dix, Hampton Tanner, Lauren Tanner, Kai Branch and Drake Branch; Great- Grandchild, Jayden Branch; several nieces and nephews also survived. Memorial Service and Visitation will be held, Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Union Springs Baptist Church, visitation beginning at 10:00am and service to follow at 11:00am with Rev. Merle Webster officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
