Ms. Martha Carolyn Hembree, age 70, of Lumber City, died Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah. Mrs. Hembree was born June 14, 1946 in Telfair County to the late Stacy Register and Annie Mae Roberson Register. She was a Homemaker and was a member of Lumber City Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Grandson, Cody Lilliott. Survivors include Three Sons and Daughters-In-Law, Shane (Dawn) McCullar of Lumber City, Carl (Jennifer) McCullar of Hazlehurst and Clint McCullar of Lumber City; Two Daughters, Shannon McCullar of Lumber City and Jessica Hembree of Lumber City; Three Sisters, Annie Lou Ryals of Hazlehurst, Jackie McGowan of McRae and Judy Caldwell of Jacksonville, Ga.; Three Brothers, Billy Register of Fitzgerald, William Register of Fitzgerald and Bennie Register of Helena; Seven Grandchildren, One Great-Grandchild and several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Lumber City Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Lumber City Baptist Church with Rev. Royce Hulett and Rev. Ashley Tyree officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Ms. Martha Carolyn Hembree, age 70, of Lumber City.
