Mary Lee Quarterman Campbell, age 79, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, February 14, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah. Mrs. Campbell was born June 15, 1936 in Patterson Georgia to the late William Henry Quarterman and the late Lovie Estelle Griner Quarterman. She was a retired Civil Service Worker with the United Sates Government and a member of Philadelphia Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her Son, Jeffrey Stuart Campbell and Brother, Billy Quarterman. Survivors include Daughter, Joni Miller of Statesboro; Son Jon Campbell of Seaford Va.; Sisters, Martha Sue Whatley of Griffin, JoAnn McNeal of Hazlehurst, Charlotte Taylor of Hazlehurst and Jackie Moeykens of Hazlehurst; Brother, Don Quarterman of Hazlehurst; Four Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survived. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11:00am in the Philadelphia Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Scottie Pitts officiating. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Mary Lee Quarterman Campbell, age 79, of Hazlehurst.
