Paul Michael Creech, age 37, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Milledgeville.

Paul was born November 07, 1981 in Jeff Davis County. He graduated from Jeff Davis High School in 2000, he attended Georgia Military College in Milledgeville earning an associate degree, joining National Guard, serving for 12 years. Then he attended Georgia State College and University, was a member of Pi Kappa Phi, and retired as a Staff SSG. in the National Guard, serving tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.  He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his mother, Angela Elizabeth Campbell of Hazlehurst; father, Michael T.  Creech (Kim) of Hazlehurst; sister, Leah Harper of Royston; brother, Triston Blaylock of Chatsworth; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Campbell of Hazlehurst; paternal grandmother, Grace Creech of Hazlehurst; nephew, Mason Harper of Royston; aunts, uncles and cousins also survived.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Union Springs Baptist Church, visitation will begin at 10:00am and funeral service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Pete Schneider, Rev. Duke Brack, Rev. Danny Ellyson, and Rev. Merle Webster officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Military Honors.
