Mrs. Peggy Williams Carr, age 69, of Eatonton, formerly of Lumber City, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 at her residence.

Mrs. Carr was born November 23, 1949 in Jeff Davis County to the late Archie Williams and the late Juanita Minchew Williams. She was employed with Robins Airforce Base and is preceded in death by her sister, Ann Brewer and brother, Donnie Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Stanley Carr of Eatonton, step-daughter, Nikki D. Carr of Temple; step-son, Kristopher Carr (Jamie) of Warner Robins; brother, Ronnie Williams (Gina) of Glenwood; step-grandchildren, Skyler Carr, Sidney Carr, Laney Bryant, Makayla Dowd and Layton Bryant.

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 2:00pm and funeral service will follow at 3:00pm with Rev. Robert Wigley officiating.

Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City.
