Ms. Penny Ray McLoon, age 57, of Glenwood, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at her residence.

Ms. McLoon was born January 30, 1965 in Jeff Davis, County.

She is preceded in death by her patents, Oliver Ray & Opal Cerise Griffin Ray, two brothers, Danny Ray and Larry Ray.

Ms. McLoon was formally employed with Jeff Davis Hospital as a nurse. She was a member of Union Spring Baptist Church. Ms. McLoon loved bird watching, spending time with family and gardening.

Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Bridges (Robert) of Glenwood; two sisters, Christine Stanley(Charlie) of Denton, Deborah Norman of, Denton. Grandson; Kevin Kidd, of Glenwood.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 14, 2022 at 11:00AM in the Union Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Williams officiating.
