Rhonda Charlene Barnard, age 51, of Swainsboro, formerly of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. Mrs. Barnard was born January 24, 1966 in Jeff Davis County, was a Homemaker and attended Big Oaks Church of God. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Lamar Barnard.
