Mr. Robert Lee Davis, age 68, of Hazlehurst, died Friday June 19, 2015, in the Jeff Davis Hospital. Mr. Davis was born July 1, 1946 in Coffee County to the late Robert Davis, Sr. and Alice May Spell Davis. He was a welder, and a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. Survivors include daughter, Tosha Davis of Jacksonville; sisters, Lerlene Coleman, and Irene Wood both of Baxley; brothers, Wayne Davis of Baxley, Eugene Davis of Uvalda, and Aldeen Davis of Milledgeville. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 1 till 3 p.m. at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with the Rev. Hal Jeffcoat officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Robert Lee Davis, age 68, of Hazlehurst.
