Roger Mae Harrell, age 73, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, January 16, 2017 at Serenity Hospice Place in Dublin. Ms. Harrell was born September 20, 1943 in Jeff Davis County to the late Thomas David Harrell and the late Ollie Kersey Harrell and has resided in Hazlehurst all of her life. Survivors include her sister, Anne Smith of Uvalda; two brothers, Jerry Harrell of Hazlehurst and Lewis Harrell of Hazlehurst; several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will start at 11:00am and funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Hal Jeffcoat and Rev. Renea Rowell officiating. Interment will follow in the Philadelphia Methodist Church Cemetery. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Roger Mae Harrell, age 73, of Hazlehurst.
