Mr. Roger Wood, age 53, of Lumber City, died Saturday, June 03, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Wood was born October 02, 1963 in Duval County to the late Roy Roger Wood and the late Delinda Meadows Wood. He was a retired Carpenter and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include sister, Dedra Hewett of Baxley; brother, Don Wood; step-mother, Dayle Wood of Hazlehurst; nieces and nephews, Ashley Anderson, Sara Anderson and Colten Anderson. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 07, 2017, visitation to begin at 1:00pm and funeral will follow at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Roger Wood, age 53, of Lumber City.
